Important Notice Regarding Use of School Loop & Parent Portal

School Loop is school-specific, so if you are new to the school, and had an account at a different CUSD school, you will still need to register for an account again through the new school’s website. The link is on the homepage of the school’s website. You will need your Student Perm ID Number and an email address to complete this process. You do NOT need to register every year and if you have multiple children you may add each student to your Parent Account to avoid multiple accounts.

 

School Loop is a different application to the Parent Portal. It is available to middle and high school level parents and students only.  Parents are encouraged to use both applications.  Please refer to the Guidance webpage FAQ's for answers related to the difference between Parent Portal and School Loop.

 

The Parent Portal may be accessed at any time during the school year and parent and student accounts only need to be established once as they rollover with updated student data each year. Don’t have a portal account? Contact the school office for your child to request the information needed to create an account.

 

The Parent Portal is only accessible to parents of students in the current school year.  Information on obtaining transcripts for graduated students may be found on the CUSD website.

 

School Loop accounts are tied to the school whereas the Parent Portal account is tied to the district.
